The GN vs. Ford Shootout comes to Thunder Valley on Saturday, November 7, bringing a classic brand rivalry to the track for a racer-organized head-to-head showdown.

This event is built around close competition, with qualifying times used to pair racers against their closest ET opponent for official match races.

Racer / Tech Entry: $50
Spectators: $10
Kids 12 & Under: FREE

TEAM GN / GM
Open to Buick, Oldsmobile, Pontiac, Cadillac, and GMC vehicles, plus any vehicle powered by an LS or LT engine platform regardless of body style.

TEAM FORD
Open to Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury vehicles.

Outlaw / Pro
9.99 & faster
Heads-up racing on the 1/8-mile

Street / Daily
10.00 & slower
Racing on the full 1/4-mile

All classes will use a standard .400 Pro Tree start. Racers will be paired by their closest qualifying times, with the slower-qualified vehicle receiving lane choice.

Sponsor awards and payouts will be announced as additional event sponsors come on board.
